After nearly 30 years in business, Association Management firm Dalton Communications Inc. (DCI) has transformed itself into Dalton Cloutier Inc. (DCI), signalling a major step in the business’ continued success.
Accompanying the name change is a new collaboration between Founder Karen Dalton, APR, FCPRS (H), CAE and long-time colleague Kiki Cloutier, CEM, who makes the transition from Senior Associate to Partner.
“This partnership reflects Kiki’s dedication to the company’s overall success and her passion to deliver the highest quality of work on all projects. I look forward in continuing to work with her and our clients in the coming years," said Dalton.
The move also includes a shift in corporate vision for the firm to offer a more diverse set of services, which until now, has primarily revolved around not-for-profit association management.
Repositioning Dalton Cloutier Inc. as a one-stop firm reflects the company’s robust portfolio of strategic planning, governance oversight, marketing, digital communications and event planning expertise derived from years spent developing those services for their clients.
Along with the figurative move in corporate direction, the new DCI will also make a literal move in summer 2017 to a new office space located on the edge of Baby Point and Bloor West Village, two of Toronto’s most prominent neighbourhoods.
Together, Karen, Kiki and the rest of the team are excited for the next chapter of DCI and welcome new opportunities to work with current and potential clients in the future.
